Dr. Vincent brings over 29 years of private practice experience and a deeply personal touch to the heart of our clinic. A University of Sydney Honours graduate, he has spent the last 27 years as the owner of Ideal Dental, building a reputation based on quality and genuine care. His philosophy is simple: he treats every patient exactly how he would like to be treated himself. By focusing on longevity and meticulous detail rather than dental fads, Dr. Vincent ensures that his work is built to last, often going the extra mile to achieve the best possible result regardless of the time required.
Having left Hong Kong at the age of ten, Dr Vincent has called Australia home for over forty years, Dr. Vincent is a true family man who has spent over two decades raising his two sons in Sydney. This personal experience allows him to relate effortlessly to families; he understands the apprehension children (and parents!) can feel and works hard to make the experience as relaxed as possible. His warm personality and attentive chair-side manner create a strong rapport with patients of all ages, from toddlers to the elderly.
When he isn’t in the clinic, Dr. Vincent is likely fueling his passion for motorsport and Formula One, chasing the thrill of the racetrack, or traveling the globe to immerse himself in new cultures and cuisines. Whether he’s discussing the latest travel gems or helping a nervous patient feel at ease, Dr. Vincent’s dedication to his craft and his community is why so many of his patients remain loyal for a lifetime.
Dr. Cecy brings a blend of expertise and a warm, down-to-earth approach to our dental team. Also a high-achieving graduate of the University of Sydney, Dr Cecy earned First Class Honours in Medical Science before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine. She gained invaluable experience working across Sydney’s public hospitals, where she treated a diverse range of patients and managed complex dental cases with precision and care.
Understanding that a visit to the dentist can often feel a little daunting, Dr. Cecy is dedicated to providing a calm and gentle experience that puts even the most nervous patients at ease. When communicating with her patients, her priority is ensuring you feel comfortable and well-informed throughout your appointment. Dr Cecy is also able to offer her appointments in Mandarin if required.
When she isn’t in the clinic, Dr. Cecy loves staying active with Pilates or relaxing with a picnic in the park alongside her friends and family.
With a background as a high-achieving Forensic Psychologist, Rachel brings a rare level of insight and care to our leadership team. A specialist in trauma psychology with two Master’s degrees, she has transitioned her expertise into the dental profession, where she focuses on nurturing our staff and perfecting the protocols that keep our practice running smoothly. As our “resident work mum,” she is the architect of our operational manuals and the heartbeat of our clinic’s culture.
Rachel was born and raised in Castle Hill. For her, the best part of the day is hearing our patients’ stories and ensuring they receive a level of service that leaves them truly happy. She is deeply committed to supporting both our patients and our team, ensuring everyone feels heard and cared for.
At home, Rachel is a proud mum to two young men, aged 19 and 22, and she cherishes being a sounding board for their life decisions and simply enjoying their company. Her “other” child has four legs, she is a devoted dog mum and dog lover who believes our canine friends often bring out the best in us ! When she isn’t at the practice, you’ll likely find her scouting the best local dog-walking routes or tending to her plants and urban farming projects.
Originally from the coastal town of Port Macquarie, Bridie brings a relaxed, friendly energy to our practice. While she misses the northern coastline, she’s found a new home in the local beach culture. She is a dedicated Cronulla Sharks supporter and loves spending as much time as possible near the ocean.
In the clinic, Bridie has a natural talent for pediatric care, drawing on their previous experience working in childcare to connect with our smaller patients. Her favorite part of the job is looking after our youngest visitors, using a calm and friendly approach to make kids feel comfortable and brave during their visit. Turning a child’s dental “scary” into a “success” is what Bridie finds most rewarding.
When the uniform comes off, Bridie is all about music and connection. She is a big fan of music festivals and loves spending her weekends catching up with friends or exploring the city’s vibrant entertainment scene. If you’re a fellow Sharks fan or a music lover, you’ll have plenty to chat about with Bridie during your next appointment !
Proud of her Eritrean heritage, Feben was born and raised right here in Australia. It’s this same community-minded spirit that she brings to our practice every day.
For Feben, the ultimate reward of her work is the transformation she sees in her patients. There is nothing she enjoys more than seeing a “customer” walk out of the practice with a beaming smile, feeling both confident and happy with the care they have received.
Away from the clinic, Feben is a true foodie who loves discovering new flavors and catching up with friends. She also has a creative eye and a passion for makeup artistry. Connor was born and raised in the Ryde area. One of the things he loves most about living there is the perfect balance of lifestyle, being so close to the energy of the city while enjoying the incredible variety of local food and dining spots the neighborhood has to offer.
When it comes to patient care, Connor finds the most fulfillment during clinical procedures. His favorite part of the day is assisting the team to ensure every treatment exceeds expectations, providing a seamless and high-quality experience for every person in the chair. This interest in health and the human body extends beyond the clinic, as Connor is currently studying a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney.
Outside of the clinic and his studies, Connor stays active at the gym and values quality time spent with his girlfriend and close friends. At home, life is kept busy and bright by his dog, making Connor a firm favorite for our fellow pet-loving patients !
